Shipping, Delivery, Returns & Refund Policy

This Shipping, Delivery, Returns & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Hempie’s website, retail locations, local delivery services, and other approved sales channels.
1. Shipping Eligibility
Hempie’s ships only eligible products to eligible locations. Product availability and shipping eligibility may vary based on federal law, state law, local law, carrier rules, company policy, payment processor requirements, and product type.
We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, hold, or refund any order if we determine that shipment is not permitted or creates legal, compliance, payment-processing, or delivery risk.
2. No Vape Shipping
Hempie’s does not ship vape products.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Disposable vapes
- Vape cartridges
- Vape pens
- Vape batteries
- Vape hardware
- Vape liquids
- Vape accessories
- Vape components, parts, or attachments
Any order containing a vape product for shipment may be canceled. Vape products may be available only for eligible in-store purchase or approved local delivery where permitted by law and company policy.
3. Local Delivery
Local delivery may be available in select areas. Delivery availability is not guaranteed and may vary by address, order type, product type, staffing, hours of operation, and compliance requirements.
The recipient must be 21 years of age or older and must present valid government-issued photo identification when requested. Delivery may be refused if age or identity cannot be verified.
If delivery cannot be completed because the customer provided incorrect information, failed age verification, was unavailable, refused to provide ID, or otherwise prevented completion of the delivery, Hempie’s may cancel the order and may deduct reasonable delivery, restocking, or processing costs where permitted by law.
4. Shipping Times
Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Hempie’s is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, holidays, customer unavailability, or other circumstances outside our control.
5. Customer Shipping Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. Hempie’s is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Customers are responsible for understanding whether products may be lawfully received, possessed, and used at their destination.
6. Return Window
Refund or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of purchase unless otherwise required by law or approved by Hempie’s in writing.
7. Proof of Purchase Required
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refunds and exchanges.
Hempie’s may deny any refund or exchange request if proof of purchase cannot be verified.
8. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued for eligible products if:
- The request is made within the applicable return window.
- The customer provides a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
- The product is not more than half used.
- The product is returned with packaging when reasonably available.
- The product passes Hempie’s inspection.
- The product is not listed as non-returnable or final sale.
Refund approval is determined by Hempie’s after review.
9. Products More Than Half Used
Products that are more than half used are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Hempie’s may evaluate the product amount, condition, packaging, and purchase details before approving or denying a request.
10. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Gift cards
- Products more than half used
- Products without valid proof of purchase
- Products damaged after purchase
- Products altered, tampered with, or improperly stored
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Final sale items
- Clearance items, unless otherwise stated
Gift cards cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged for cash, or replaced if lost or stolen, except where required by law.
11. Vape Product Exchanges
Vape products cannot be shipped for return or exchange.
If a vape product is believed to be defective, the customer must contact Hempie’s or visit an eligible Hempie’s location with a valid receipt. Hempie’s may provide an exchange for the same or comparable item if the product is not more than half used and the issue is verified within the return window.
Hempie’s may deny exchange requests involving misuse, damage, tampering, improper storage, excessive use, expired return windows, or missing proof of purchase.
12. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times vary by payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
Cash refunds, store credit, gift card refunds, or alternate refund methods may be offered at Hempie’s discretion where permitted.
13. Late or Missing Refunds
If an approved refund has not appeared, customers should first check with their bank or card issuer because processing times may vary.

14. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Customers should inspect orders promptly. If an item is damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact Hempie’s as soon as possible with the receipt or order number and supporting photos when available.
Hempie’s may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, refund, or other resolution at its discretion, subject to applicable law and company policy.
15. Chargebacks and Disputes
Customers agree to contact Hempie’s first to attempt to resolve any order, refund, delivery, or product issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Fraudulent, false, or abusive disputes may result in account restrictions, order cancellation, refusal of future service, and any remedies available under law.
16. Policy Updates
Hempie’s may update this policy at any time. Changes are effective when posted on our website.
