Products may contain hemp-derived cannabinoids. Product ingredients, potency, serving size, and testing information may vary by item. Customers are responsible for reviewing all product labels, packaging, certificates of analysis, warnings, ingredients, and usage instructions before purchase or use.
We reserve the right to remove products, cancel orders, restrict sales, or refuse service if we believe a transaction may violate applicable law, company policy, payment processor requirements, shipping restrictions, age-verification requirements, or responsible retail standards.

11. Shipping Policy
Hempie’s ships eligible products only where permitted by applicable law and company policy. We reserve the right to restrict shipping destinations, refuse shipments, cancel orders, or request additional verification before fulfillment.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered are lawful to receive, possess, and use in their location. Hempie’s does not guarantee that every product is available for shipment to every state, county, municipality, or address.
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Hempie’s is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, package theft after delivery, or carrier service interruptions.
12. Vape Shipping Restriction
Hempie’s does not ship vape products, vape cartridges, disposable vapes, vape hardware, vape liquids, or vape accessories.
Vape-related products may be available only through eligible in-store purchase or approved local delivery where permitted by law, company policy, and age-verification requirements. Any vape-related order placed for shipment may be canceled and refunded where applicable.
13. Local Delivery
Local delivery may be available in select areas and may be subject to additional age verification, identity verification, address verification, product restrictions, and delivery availability.
The person receiving the order must be 21 years of age or older and may be required to present valid government-issued photo identification. Delivery may be refused if the recipient cannot be verified, appears underage, provides inconsistent information, is unavailable, or if delivery would violate company policy or applicable law.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to failed age verification, incorrect customer information, refusal to provide identification, customer unavailability, or other customer-caused issues, Hempie’s may cancel the order and may withhold or deduct reasonable costs associated with attempted fulfillment, where permitted by law.
14. Refund Policy
Hempie’s offers refunds or exchanges only in accordance with this Refund Policy.
To request a refund or exchange, customers must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are available only for eligible items and only if the product is not more than half used.
Hempie’s may inspect returned products before approving or denying a refund or exchange. Refunds are not guaranteed and may be refused if the product is ineligible, more than half used, damaged after purchase, altered, missing required packaging, purchased without proof of purchase, or otherwise outside this policy.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, card issuer, or bank.
15. Return Window
Refund or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of purchase unless otherwise required by law or approved by Hempie’s in writing.
After 7 days, Hempie’s may decline refund or exchange requests.
16. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards
- Promotional items
- Free gifts
- Products without valid proof of purchase
- Products that are more than half used
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper storage, or customer handling
- Any item marked final sale at the time of purchase
Gift cards cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged for cash, or replaced if lost or stolen, except where required by law.
17. Vape Product Returns and Exchanges
Vape products cannot be shipped for return or exchange.
If a vape product appears defective, the customer must contact Hempie’s or visit an eligible retail location with a valid receipt. Hempie’s may offer an exchange for a verified defective vape product if the product is not more than half used and the request is made within the applicable return window.
Hempie’s may deny vape exchanges where misuse, physical damage, improper storage, excessive use, tampering, or lack of proof of purchase is identified.
18. Sale Items and Promotions
Sale items, discounted products, limited-time promotional items, bundled offers, and clearance items may be final sale unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Promotional discounts cannot be applied retroactively. Hempie’s reserves the right to modify, limit, or cancel promotions at any time.
19. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Customers should inspect orders promptly upon receipt. If an item is damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact Hempie’s as soon as possible with your order information, receipt, and photos if applicable.
Hempie’s may request additional information before approving a replacement, refund, or store credit. Resolution is determined at Hempie’s sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
