Hempie's is a super reliable and great resource for me. I am someone that gets a little anxious about going into store fronts for this kind of thing, so I always get the products delivered and they come surprisingly fast, and always have a super friendly delivery staff, which I appreciate since, as stated, I can get a little anxious. There is a really fun variety of product options and as a new customer and someone new to this whole scene in general, it's a lot of fun to just try different things out that I didn't even knew existed, like the beverage options for example. The website is super slick and I've never had any issues with it and they even have a really nice little loyalty rewards program. I love Hempie's!

I love this place. Their 24 hour store front is a game changer for folks (like me) who tend to work odd hours, as is the delivery until 9pm. The staff is always super helpful and friendly, and always have great recommendations. They’re also great at educating you about their products without taking down to you. Overall a great experience, definitely would recommend.

This place actually cares about their customers' health. This isn't like those places that sell bath salts and other stuff that'll kill you. This place is special. All the employees want to help you, they're all incredibly knowledgeable about their products, and they're excited while telling you about it. They constantly have great sales and all the products are extremely high quality. I called to ask a few questions a while back and one of the owners picked up. They genuinely care. Fantastic experience here. Customer Service is ON POINT! We placed our first order to be shipped, but the store noticed we were local and gave us a call to let us know they were going to hand deliver it instead! On-time delivery and super friendly people. We have enjoyed all the products we have received thus far and are excited to try more.

Ever since I’ve been coming to this store, my experiences have been fantastic. The staff is very friendly, and educational about the products that they sell. I have benefited greatly from using their products, I would recommend anyone who is seeking something for relaxation to give this store and their products a try.

Absolutely amazing! Very rarely do I write reviews but when I do, I mean what I say. With that being said, I’m astounded by the quality of their customer service. The staff are so friendly and I’ve had nothing but great experiences with them. The products are also legit and they have a ton of variety. I once made an order for a cartridge and a base that I didn’t realize weren’t compatible and they called me to let me know and even sorted everything out for me! That was very considerate of them, you just don’t have that happen very often, if at all. Every question had an answer, along with a welcoming attitude! 5 stars ***** hands down! I couldn’t recommend them enough!

This is by far the best shop for this stuff. The staff is super knowledgeable they are extremely friendly and they take the time to learn your name and what you enjoy. I have been going there for maybe 1 year now and they have been the best shop in the industry. They offer a great loyalty program and they offer online ordering. Diego is the employee that knows me the best since i see him the most in there. The staff is honestly the best out there and want to help. They honestly believe in what they sell and dont just view it as a money maker.

Hempies is by far the best place to get these kind of products in raleigh. I have a very high tolerance and struggle to enjoy these products but with hempies knowledge and patience they have a done a wonderful job helping me find a path to relief through their products. They regularly do specials for points and on products which as a consumer is lovely! All the staff is patience and kind. I have not had one bad experience here and I’m very difficult as a person in general so that says a lot for me. Would def be a good idea to stop by and check them out if you haven’t already. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
